Fantastic location, massive room with a lovely river view, and super friendly staff! Plus, the fitness center was a great bonus.
The toilet situation was quite the catastrophe—literally had to make a dash to the men's stall!

Stunning views of the river from the 29th floor, truly a sight to behold while sipping coffee. The modern fitness center offers a decent workout setup with ample equipment that could satisfy most fitness enthusiasts.
The elevator system left much to be desired. getting stuck for 15 minutes was a real downer. Windows could use a good scrub—distracted from an otherwise impressive skyline view. The lack of a concierge felt like a gap in service, relying on a smartphone for recommendations instead of a knowledgeable guide. Plus, the room's furnishings were far from cutting-edge, showing signs of wear that could use some sprucing up.

Amazing view and comfy stay
We stayed in a Queen Room Two Queen Beds High Floor. The view of the Chicago River and Lake Michigan was incredible, with Navy Pier right there for a free fireworks show. The room had air conditioning, a TV, and a private bathroom. Comfy beds made for great sleep. Quick check-out was a plus.

I was truly impressed by the spacious, open lobby filled with natural light. The accessibility features made it easy for me to navigate the hotel, and the architecture created an inviting atmosphere that felt very welcoming.
More seating in common areas would be beneficial.

I had a wonderful stay with my family where we really enjoyed the tasty food at the hotel and the cool Walleye Tacos. The leisure area had a cozy lounge and a fun game room for the kids to unwind. Just a minor hiccup was when we got stuck in the elevator for a bit, but it didn’t ruin our experience. 😊

Had an amazing time with friends. The location was perfect, walking distance to the art institute and beautiful parks. We went kayaking, which was a blast! Just remember, parking can be slow, so allow extra time when checking out.
We faced a tough situation when checking in. I ended up being overcharged and had a frustrating time getting it resolved with front desk. Staff was unhelpful, which was disappointing.

The salads were as fresh as the Chicago breeze! Plus, check-in was a breeze, getting into our room early. The killer views from the 35th floor? Worth every penny!
But hold the phone—front desk staff could use a lesson in customer vibes, especially during late check-in. Got overcharged and still waiting on my security deposit! Two weeks later and crickets.

Great location and comfy stay!
We had a fab time! Our room was super spacious and had an amazing view. The breakfast selection was huge – perfect for fueling up before our marathon. The staff were friendly, especially when they hooked us up with straighteners! Just wished the bathroom plug worked, but whatever. The Starbucks opening at 4:30am was a lifesaver!

Couple looking for convenience
The location could not have been better! Just a few steps from Michigan avenue. The staff were friendly, even helped us out with a late check-in and made sure we got our luggage to the room without hassle. Also enjoyed the rooftop bar, perfect for a nightcap after a long day.
Wasn't exactly a bargain, but I guess you pay for the view.

stunning, stunning, stunning
My stay was absolutely breathtaking! missingWrote a review on 07 Julcourteous staffspacious roomcredit card holddelayed releasefinancial burden
Courteous staff and spacious accommodations made for a pleasant stay, while the American Craft restaurant offered a nice variety of American-inspired dishes. The hotel's central location near attractions like the Navy Pier is particularly advantageous. However, a significant hold on the credit card, taking days to release, can burden an international traveler, potentially doubling their available credit limit during that time.
